Payments may fail due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect card details (card number, expiry date, CVV)
  2. Insufficient balance or card limit reached
  3. Bank security restrictions or OTP failure
  4. Temporary payment gateway or network issue

Refunds are processed as per our refund policy.

  1. If you are eligible, please contact our support team with your registered email and payment details.
  2. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

  1. Select the course or subscription you wish to purchase.
  2. On the checkout page, enter your coupon code in the “Apply Coupon” field.
  3. Click Apply to see the discount.
  4. Complete your payment.

Note: Coupon codes are subject to validity and usage limits.

Making Courses

Once logged in, you can:

  1. Access all available practice test courses included in your subscription.
  2. Start, pause, and resume tests anytime.
  3. Track your progress and test scores from your dashboard.

To change your account name:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile Settings.
  3. Update your name and save the changes.

How do I unsubscribe from LEARN READY emails?

You can unsubscribe from LEARN READY emails in two ways:

  1. Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any LEARN READY email.
  2. Or go to Profile Settings → Email Preferences and update your subscription settings.
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile Settings → Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password and set a new password.
  4. Save the changes.

If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset it.
